• Gas Line (if heater option is selected) must be provided by HOME OWNER or LICENSED PLUMBER

• Permits, if applicable, are not included in this estimate. If Discount Pools has to pull permits there 

• Water Leveler (if option is selected) a LICENSED PLUMBER or HOME OWNER must connect into water source at equipment pad or designated area

• Not all dirt coming out of the ground is of good quality, any extra fill dirt needed will be provided by HOME OWNER, not Fabulous Pools & Spas.

• I will personally make sure that your pool water chemistry is balanced upon completion

• I will personally instruct you on how to operate and maintain your new pool
